Fees/Insurance
Our goal is to make counseling as accessible and straightforward as possible. We know that navigating fees, insurance coverage, and payment options can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already carrying a lot. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we encourage clients to confirm details directly with their insurance company, and we’re glad to help you know what questions to ask.

Insurance
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and TRICARE insurance. If you’re unsure about your coverage or would like help understanding your benefits, we’re happy to help. Billing insurance requires a valid diagnosis.
Self-Pay
Self-pay sessions are offered at a rate of $150 per session. Self-pay allows for the greatest amount of flexibility and does not require that we submit a diagnosis. Payment is due at the time of service.
Superbills
If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, you may be able to submit a superbill to your insurance provider and receive partial reimbursement for your sessions. Superbills available upon request, client pays self-pay rate at time of service.
